Experience

Art Rosenbloom, Senior Consultant, has more than 40 years career experience with companies in the media, finance, hotels, transportation, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. A co-founder of CFC Capital LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in securities valuation, litigation support, merger and acquisition advisory services, and private placements of debt and equity, Mr. Rosenbloom provided representative valuation and litigation support to various, often high-profile, clients. He has also provided expert testimony in several landmark cases on executive compensation, securities fraud, and custom-of-the-trade in investment banking, and other financial issues. Mr. Rosenbloom is the author of more than 70 articles on investment banking-related topics that have appeared in such publications as Forbes, Inc., Business Week, The Harvard Business Review, and The National Law Journal, and has edited several texts pertaining to international mergers and acquisitions and transactional due-diligence. He has lectured at a number of universities throughout the United States and is an adjunct professor of both finance and law at the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University, New York University School of Law, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Rosenbloom is also a mediator to the Supreme Court, New York County; and the US District Court, Eastern District of New York.
